Direct Indigenous business spend
Expenditure goes to a wholly Indigenous owned business for work that was needed on the project regardless.
SESA is a 100% Indigenous owned and Supply Nation registered specialist contractor. We support genuine Indigenous procurement through direct, practical service delivery on real projects.
SESA was founded by Hadyn Lugosi, a Yorta Yorta First Nations man, who owns and operates the business directly. Ownership is not shared, held through a structure or attached to a larger group. The business is his, and so is responsibility for the work.
The commercial service remains the priority. Indigenous participation is delivered through real capability, direct ownership and accountable work rather than passive involvement or a name on a supplier list.
Put simply: engage SESA because you need containment work done properly. The Indigenous procurement outcome is genuine, it is measurable, and it comes from the work itself.
Real scope, delivered on site. High bay internal containment, Victoria.
Expenditure goes to a wholly Indigenous owned business for work that was needed on the project regardless.
SESA is registered with Supply Nation, the national directory used by organisations sourcing verified Indigenous businesses.
The engagement is for a defined technical scope delivered on site, not an administrative arrangement layered over someone else's work.
Indigenous procurement policies have created a market where some suppliers exist mainly to satisfy a reporting line. That does the policy no favours and it does the client no favours either.
SESA is a containment contractor that happens to be Indigenous owned, in that order. We do the site assessment, plan the system, install it and hand it over. If the containment work is not genuinely required on your project, engaging SESA is not the right way to meet a participation target, and you will be told so.
If the work is required, you get a specialist doing real scope, with the procurement outcome as a genuine consequence of the engagement rather than the reason for it.
Procurement teams are welcome to request verification documentation directly. Supply Nation registration details, business registration details and current compliance documentation are provided on request so the information you receive is current at the time of engagement.
Send the scope through. You will get a direct assessment of whether SESA can deliver it within its present owner operated capacity.
