SESA was founded by Hadyn Lugosi, a Yorta Yorta man with hands on experience delivering shrink wrap encapsulation and containment work across construction, rail, bridge, industrial, port and defence related environments.

Hadyn established SESA to give clients direct access to a specialist who understands both the technical installation and the practical pressures of working on demanding projects. Every suitable project receives our direct involvement and accountability.

SESA is a specialist containment business led directly by its owner. Hadyn scopes every project personally, and SESA deploys a crew sized to the work and the program.

Enquiries, assessments, planning and delivery are managed directly rather than passed between a salesperson and a site team who have never spoken. You deal with the person accountable for the result.

On site, SESA works alongside the project's scaffolders, builders, painters, blasting contractors, remediation contractors and other project personnel. Those parties are engaged by the project unless a formal arrangement is established for a particular job.

Capacity is scoped honestly. Some contractors would rather you did not know what they can actually resource. Procurement teams find out anyway, so it is stated here up front.
