Specialist containment contractor

Purpose built containment systems for critical projects

SESA delivers practical shrink wrap encapsulation, containment and weather protection systems for projects where exposure, contamination or adverse conditions threaten productivity. Owner operated by Hadyn Lugosi and based in Melbourne, Victoria.

Built for projects where delay is not an option.

Reduce weather delays

Enclosed work zones that help keep trades productive when the weather turns.

Control hazardous works

Containment for blasting, coating and remediation activities carried out by your specialist contractors.

Protect program delivery

Practical site risk control that supports continuity on critical path activities.

What SESA does

Containment is site risk control, not just plastic on a structure

SESA provides project specific shrink wrap systems for construction, infrastructure, industrial and remediation environments. The purpose of every system is the same: to protect the work, the asset, the people around it and the program that depends on it.

Containment and encapsulation can allow work to continue where weather, dust, contaminants, blasting debris or exposed site conditions would otherwise cause delay, damage, disruption or additional cost.

Every project is assessed on its own site conditions. Where a job is outside what an owner operated business can properly deliver, you will be told that directly rather than after mobilisation.

Core services

Six areas of containment capability

Shrink wrap encapsulation, containment and temporary protection are all SESA does. That focus is the reason the systems are scoped around how the site actually works.

Scaffold encapsulation

Shrink wrap containment installed over suitable scaffold structures for full building encapsulation, external workface protection, trade separation and controlled work areas.

Services →

Weather protection and temporary enclosures

Systems designed to reduce exposure to rain, wind, UV, dust and moisture so internal and finishing trades can keep working.

Services →

Hazardous work containment

Enclosures supporting lead based coating works, abrasive blasting, silica generating activities and remediation carried out by your specialist contractors.

Services →

Asset, plant and equipment protection

Temporary shrink wrap protection around plant, machinery, structural components, materials and equipment during construction, shutdown, storage or transport.

Services →

Complex and custom encapsulation

Containment around bridges, vertical shafts, high bay structures, structural steel, conveyors, pipework and other irregular environments.

Services →

Temporary industrial protection systems

Project specific enclosures built off suitable existing frameworks, scaffold or structural interfaces for maintenance, shutdown and sensitive work activities.

When to call

The problems SESA is usually called in to solve

If any of the following is happening on your project, containment is worth a conversation before it costs you program.

  • Rain is stopping work and the program is slipping
  • An exposed structure needs temporary protection
  • Internal trades cannot continue because the building is still open
  • A blasting or coating activity needs a contained work zone
  • Lead paint debris needs separation from surrounding areas
  • Plant or equipment requires temporary protection
  • A bridge, shaft or irregular structure needs wrapping
  • A shutdown requires a temporary enclosed work area
  • Dust or debris is affecting surrounding operations
  • A principal contractor requires a genuine Indigenous supplier
  • The project needs a direct, accountable specialist rather than another management layer
