About

A specialist contractor you can actually get on the phone

SESA, Specialised Encapsulation Services Australia, is an owner operated specialist shrink wrap encapsulation, containment and protection contractor based in Melbourne, Victoria, and available to consider suitable projects throughout Australia.

The founder

Hadyn Lugosi

SESA was founded by Hadyn Lugosi, a Yorta Yorta man with hands on experience delivering shrink wrap encapsulation and containment work across construction, rail, bridge, industrial, port and defence related environments.

Hadyn established SESA to give clients direct access to a specialist who understands both the technical installation and the practical pressures of working on demanding projects. As an owner operated business, every suitable project receives our direct involvement and accountability.

The background behind that is practical rather than theoretical: years of shrink wrapping and encapsulation work, a construction and steel fixing history, and time spent on rail corridors, bridges, industrial facilities, ports and coal handling environments and defence related sites. That is where an understanding of program pressure, site access, safety expectations and quality standards comes from.

Business structure

How SESA operates, stated plainly

SESA is currently an owner operated specialist business run directly by Hadyn Lugosi. Hadyn presently operates SESA alone.

All enquiries, project assessments, planning, installation work and client communication are handled directly by SESA within the practical capacity of an owner operated business.

SESA may work alongside a client's scaffolders, builders, painters, blasting contractors, remediation contractors or other project personnel. Those parties are not SESA subcontractors unless a formal arrangement is established for a particular project.

Some contractors would rather you did not know how big they actually are. Procurement teams generally find out anyway, so it is stated here up front.

What that structure gives a client

  • Direct accountability for the work
  • You deal directly with the owner
  • Practical, site based communication
  • No unnecessary management layers
  • Personal responsibility for workmanship
  • A clear understanding of each project
  • Flexible and responsive service
  • An honest assessment of whether a project suits SESA's present capacity
Capacity is scoped honestly. If a project is larger than an owner operated business can properly deliver on the required program, you will be told that at the enquiry stage rather than after mobilisation.

Accountability

The person discussing the project is also directly responsible for understanding and delivering the agreed work.

Ownership

100% Indigenous owned and Supply Nation registered

SESA is a 100% Indigenous owned and Supply Nation registered specialist contractor. We support genuine Indigenous procurement through direct, practical service delivery on real projects.

Hadyn Lugosi is a Yorta Yorta First Nations man and the founder, director and sole owner of the business. Indigenous ownership is an important part of what SESA is, and it sits alongside the technical service rather than in front of it. Clients should engage SESA because the containment work is needed and SESA can deliver it.
